At Ozarks Boathouse, our meats are slow-smoked over real wood for hours, allowing flavor to develop naturally — no shortcuts, no rushed process. Each cut is prepared in small batches by our pitmaster, with a focus on consistency, texture, and depth of flavor.
Our menu is selective and evolving, built around what’s at its best coming out of the smoker. This approach allows our chef to treat BBQ as a craft — not a production line — ensuring every item meets the standard we stand behind.
No two days are exactly the same. Every visit is a new experience.
We operate a counter-service smokehouse, inspired by traditional Texas BBQ.
You’ll order at the counter, and your food is served fresh from the smoker. It’s a casual, straightforward experience designed to keep the focus on what matters most — the food.
We welcome walk-ins during regular hours; however, because everything is prepared in limited quantities, we serve until sold out.
For special events and curated experiences, reservations or pre-booking may be required.
